For years, we have observed a major gap in the employment ecosystem: employers often have plenty of job opportunities but struggle to find candidates with the right skills, knowledge, and talent. Takemeon.lk aims to bridge this gap not only by connecting people with jobs, but also by developing the workforce through training sessions, workshops, skill-development programs, and other learning opportunities.
